Yamikart Pvt. Ltd. (“Yamikart”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) operates an online marketplace platform where customers can purchase products from independent sellers through the Yamikart mobile application and website.

This Return and Refund Policy explains the conditions under which products purchased through Yamikart may be returned, replaced, or refunded.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Customers may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The product received is defective

  • The product received is different from the item ordered

  • The product is missing parts or accessories

Return requests must be submitted within the return period mentioned on the product page or within 7 days of delivery, unless otherwise specified.

2. Non-Returnable Products

  • Contact customer support.

After the return request is approved:

  • The product may be picked up by our logistics partner, or

  • The customer may be asked to ship the product back as instructed.

Products must be returned in original packaging with all accessories.

4. Replacement

If the returned product is verified to be damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • A replacement product may be shipped, subject to availability.

5. Refunds

If replacement is not available, a refund may be issued.

Refunds may be processed through:

  • Original payment method, or

  • Wallet / store credit (depending on platform policy)

Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider and bank.

6. Seller Responsibility

Since Yamikart is a marketplace platform, products are listed and sold by independent sellers.

Sellers are responsible for:

  • Product quality

  • Product authenticity

  • Accepting valid return or refund requests

Yamikart may assist in resolving disputes between customers and sellers.

7. Refund Processing Time

Once a return is approved and the product is received or verified:

Refunds may be processed within 5–10 business days depending on the payment method used.

8. Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel an order before the product is shipped.

Once the product has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible, but customers may request a return according to the return policy.

9. Policy Updates

Yamikart reserves the right to update or modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time.

Updated policies will be published on the website and app with the revised date.
